Hard to believe, but it’s that time again — election season! If you’re like us, this one really snuck up {probably because the last election was the big one – the presidential}, but with a little over a month until election day on November 7th, we wanted to make sure you had all the information you need. The 2017 Election is going to be a big one: New Jersey is only one of two states electing a new Governor, while Hoboken will also be electing a new mayor. Below, we’re outlining how to vote in the 2017 Election in Hoboken including how to register, important deadlines you need to know, and how to vote by absentee ballot. So, let’s get you ready for Election Day: November 7th, 2017 from 6AM – 8PM in Hoboken.

How to Register to Vote

If you’re not yet registered, you can download, print, and fill out the Hudson County Voter Register Form — there’s an English Version and a Spanish version — and mail it in to the Hudson County Commissioner of Registration {address below}. This form *MUST* be mailed in by October 17th, 2017. The easiest part is, this form is already addressed and stamped — so no postage is required. #VotingWin, and no excuses.
