FREE Adoptions at Liberty Humane Society: Friday, February 3rd-Tuesday, February 14th 


February is the month of love…and these furry friends’ love doesn’t cost a thing. Visit Liberty Humane Society now through February 14th and find your new best friend to give a forever home. During their “Give Love” animal adoption campaign, all dogs over 40 pounds and all cats over 4 months of age will have adoption fees waived. Located at 235 Jersey City Blvd.

You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown at MST: Friday, February 3rd-Sunday, February 26th


Now through February 26th, visit Mile Square Theatre for a live performance of ‘You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown’. A hit musical suitable for the whole family (recommended for audiences 5 & up). ChicpeaJC Headquarters Opening: Friday, February 3rd from 4:30PM-10:00PM


Our friend and fellow blogger, ChicpeaJC is opening her very own headquarters this weekend and all are invited to the celebration. The ribbon-cutting will take place Friday at 4:30pm followed by music, drinks and smalls bites until 10:00pm. All happening at The Vito A. Lofts in Jersey City {Suite 2C}. Costa Rica {Charity} Workout: Friday, February 3rd at 7:00PM


This Friday, workout while giving back at Intrepid Gym. Their ‘Costa Rica Workout’ is just a $10 suggested donation and sure to make you sweat – all proceeds will go to Costa Rican Orphanages. We’re also told there will be celebratory drinks following the workout at Jack’s Cabin.

7th Annual Meadowlands Beer Expo: Saturday, February 4th 


This Saturday beer will take over the town of Secaucus for the 7th Annual Meadowlands Beer Expo. Tickets include admission to the expo, a 5 ounce souvenir tasting cup and samples from over 150 beers – tickets for session 1 (afternoon) and 2 (evening) can be found hereLocated at Harmon Meadow 355 Plaza Drive in Secaucus.
