The RWJBarnabas Health at Hoboken facility will host an array of medical offices including 40 primary and specialty care services – family medicine, physical therapy, imaging services, orthopedics, cardiology, vascular medicine, urology, OBGYN, rheumatology, endocrinology, pulmonology, and laboratory testing in collaboration with providers like JAG Physical Therapy, New Jersey Imaging Network, and LabCorp.
“From the patient’s perspective, this new healthcare hub in Hoboken will bring healthcare closer to home,” said Michael Prilutsky, Executive Vice President, RWJBarnabas Health and President, Northeast Region and President and Chief Executive Officer for Jersey City Medical Center in a press release last week.
Located just steps away from The PATH, NJ Transit, and the Hoboken Ferry, this ambulatory hub is conveniently situated in an area where local families can access the variety of services provided.
Longtime Hoboken resident and chair of the JCMC Board of Trustees Carlos Lejnieks explained this new medical center will “represent a significant step forward in providing top-notch healthcare to our city, eliminating the need for long commutes to New York.”
The hope is to provide a more convenient location than NYC to meet the healthcare needs of our community while encouraging patient education, lifestyle modification, and prevention as important components to long-term health.

The new multispecialty center in Hoboken will further RWJBanabas’s reach, making it the largest, most comprehensive academic healthcare system in New Jersey.
