Hoboken held nonpartisan municipal elections today, November 4th, as part of the New Jersey 2025 General Elections. Voters went to the polls to elect state representatives, in addition to municipal-level representatives, including a new mayor, City Council members, and Board of Education members. Results for statewide elections can be found here; vote totals are incoming, and the piece will be updated as precincts are reporting. This article will also be updated to reflect any updates in the event of recounts, runoffs, or any other anomalies as the information becomes available. While the results are unofficial yet, the top three vote getters are: Joe Quintero, Caitlin Layson, and Steve Firestone.
Hoboken Sixth Ward Council Election Results
These are the Hudson County Clerk’s Unofficial Election Night results as of 6AM on November 5th, with 7/7 districts reporting.
The results are still unofficial, but the lead vote getter was Diane Imus.
Hoboken Board of Education Election Results
These are the Hudson County Clerk’s Unofficial Election Night results as of 6AM on November 5th, with 42/42 districts reporting.
The top three vote getters are: Leslie Norwood, Elizabeth ‘Lizy’ Velez, and Antonio Grana.
