In another win for the wonderful Garden State, Jersey City has been ranked as one of the best places to live in the United States. It doesn’t come as much of a shock since it is New Jersey and we also took the W for best pizza so let’s just add this to our long list of accomplishments. The study was conducted by Niche, looking for the best places to live in the U.S., and Jersey City came in at number 79 out of 228 cities ranked. With an overall grade of an A-, it’s safe to say that New Jersey is the place to be. Niche also conducted a study for the best cities for young professionals and Jersey City ranked in the top 20.
Here is a quick lesson about Jersey City. It is located in Hudson County, it is one of the most diverse cities in the US, it’s the second most populous town in New Jersey, is the 10th most artistic city in the country and so much more.
Jersey City has more of an urban vibe: it is a great place to hang out as it has many bars, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The city’s public schools ranked as above average so it’s a great place for families as well!
