The Story

Il Tavolo di Palmisano opened in February 2020 in the space previously leased by Jack and Co, at 700 Clinton Street in Hoboken. The name hails from the owner, retired Fire Chief Frank Palmisano, who announced the news of the forthcoming restaurant back in November of 2019. Il Tavolo di Palmisano has a dark + cozy ambiance with red brick walls and splashes of vibrant red throughout the restaurant, all accented by crystal light fixtures.

The seasonal menu regularly features Italian classics like orecchiette with Italian sausage and broccoli rabe, stuffed rigatoni, and shrimp tavolo — while also serving antipasto plates, signature cocktails, wine, and more.
