What’s Happening at Byrd

This November at Byrd promises a lineup of exciting culinary experiences, just in time to kick off the holiday season. To start things off, Byrd will be hosting a Friendsgiving Roast, which features a pre-ordered, family-style meal that will bring together friends and family. The dinner includes a whole roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, gravy, and bread rolls, with an optional pumpkin pie to complete the feast. And trust us, you won’t want to skip on that.

Starting Wednesday, November 6th, Byrd will also host Wine Wednesdays. All “wine by the glass” will be 20% off, while showcasing unique, rotating food specials curated to enhance the wine-tasting experience. Guests can expect a classic beef Wellington with red wine sauce paired with a bold red, and house-made chicken nuggets with caviar and créme fraiche with a complimenting glass of champagne, just to name a few. These pairings will allow guests to explore the diverse menu while sampling some of its seasonal menu.

Sunday Brunch also has a few fan favorites, including the chicken and waffles with a hot maple bourbon glaze, skirt steak with eggs and fries, and gluten-free pancakes. Be sure to pair brunch with an espresso martini, because every good breakfast should be served with some caffeine, right?
