Hey, coffee people – yes, we’re talking to you – a new cafe has come to downtown Hoboken and it’s just your type. Located at 103 Garden Street in Hoboken, this new java spot is speaking directly to its target market with a warm hello and hot coffee. Cleverly named Hey Coffee People is now open as of Monday, April 3rd. Read on for what we know about Hey Coffee People, a new cafe now open in Hoboken.
For a few weeks, Hey Coffee People has been posting pictures of the interior of their new space on their Instagram as they finished the development of their storefront. Though we could tell the interior would be open, fresh, and bright, their IG posts left us only small clues in the captions as to what would be in store at this new coffee spot. Captions included cryptic details such as “soon” and “very soon”. However, The Hoboken Girl received official word that Hey Coffee People would be open starting Monday, April 3rd, which was in fact both soon and very soon.

Adorned with lush greenery and colorful art, Hey Coffee People is a great spot to add to your remote work outpost list. They also sell their own custom coffee blends should you want to take the Hey Coffee People experience home with you.
Locals have taken to the comments to express their anticipation for the new spot opening, so Hobokenites have had their eyes out for developments for some time now.
