Shopping at farmers’ markets is in for 2024. With the return of Jersey City’s HDSID winter farmers’ market, Hudson County residents can access farm-fresh produce and artisan goods year-round. Starting January 11th, the HDSID’s 4th annual winter farmers’ market is back in the Grove PATH Plaza every Thursday until April 18th from 4PM-6PM. The 2024 Vendors
The 4th annual HDSID winter farmers’ market brings local New Jersey farms and vendors to downtown Jersey City. Shoppers can expect to find the following vendors each Thursday in the Grove PATH Plaza from 4PM-6PM:
^ Aunt Lullie’s
This handmade dessert vendor serves traditional American cookies with an “Italian undertone.” The bakery specializes in 4 oz. cookies that come in 40 different flavors including Chocolate Chip Pretzel, Fruity Pebbles Stuffed Milk, S’mores, + Double Dark Peanut Butter Chips.
Coniglio’s is a pizzeria + bakery that serves some of the best pies around. The brick-and-mortar in Morristown opened in 2022 + the duo behind the pizzeria — Nino + Shealyn Coniglio — are expert pizza-makers (Nino is even a Chopped Champion). Farmers’ market guests will have the chance to order hot round or Sicilian pizzas, freshly baked bread, Italian donuts, + more at this booth.
^ Coniglio’s Old Fashioned
Natural Nourish sells all-natural + organic self-care products like hair oil, beard oil, body butter, + lip balms. The products are all created with care + are available in a variety of natural scents. The popular sugar scrubs come in scents like rose, mango, and coffee to revitalize + exfoliate the skin.
Intentional Blends has magical blends of essential oils that are designed to set intentions for the body + soul, and medicinal blends to help with ailments. The blends are made with 100% essential oils and can be used with massage oils or diffuser oils.
This local farm brings fresh produce, meat, eggs, + cheese to downtown Jersey City. This is a great place to pick up seasonal fruits and vegetables + high-quality ingredients for dinner after hopping off the PATH train.
Chilltown Coffee is one of the two coffee vendors featured at the HDSID farmer’s market. Tintyco Coffee will also have a booth so shoppers don’t have to worry about getting their caffeine fix.
^ Jed’s Bread
This New Jersey-based bakery serves artisanal sourdough and high-quality pastries like croissants + danishes. Jed’s Bread does not have a storefront so visiting the farmer’s market is one of the only ways to try the loaves.
Juicy City sells smoothies, shots, + acai bowls that are packed with fruits + vegetables. Popular cold-pressed juices include The Hamilton Park (apple, beet, carrot, + ginger) + Peacock Delight (coconut water, pineapple, + blue spirulina).
Snap Fitness is a new gym that opened on 139 Brunswick Street in Jersey City on January 1, 2024. The gym has cardio equipment, weights, an infrared sauna, private showers, + personal training — everything you need for your 2024 fitness intentions.
Hoboken Farms is a beloved, family-owned company that sells gluten-free + keto-friendly sauces. The four varieties are marinara, basil marinara, vodka, and low-sodium marinara. The Hoboken Farms team has sold these sauces at local farmers’ markets since 1992.
Innoculated provides exotic culinary mushrooms to downtown Jersey City. Available varieties may include Lions Mane, Oyster, Maitakes, + Piopinos.
^ Fit + Fed Puppy
This vendor has homemade dog treats + food made without preservatives. The dehydrated dog treats are made from one ingredient like wild salmon, beef heart, or turkey breast. The fresh food is designed to meet nutritional standards and is made with high-quality proteins.
Tintyco sells specialty single-origin coffee from small farms in Latin America. There is a roaster on-site so shoppers know that the coffee is fresh.
Often referred to as Downtown’s favorite pickles, Vesco sells various seasoned pickles, olives, and fermented vegetables.
This vendor sells a sustainable solution to pet care, with handmade organic dog treats. The treats are good for their health and for the environment.
Gourmet Nuts sells the finest quality dried fruit, nuts, seeds, and snack mixes.
Maggie crafts various dessert items like cookie butter, flans, and crumb cakes.
All About the HDSID Winter Farmers’ Market
The HDSID winter farmers’ market runs every Thursday from January 11 to April 18th from 4PM-6PM. Vendors set up in the Grove PATH Plaza which means this is a convenient stop for commuters.

The Historic Downtown Special Improvement District (HDSID) runs the winter farmers’ market and is a public-private partnership, 501(c) that helps to make downtown Jersey City a better place to live. HDSID supports tons of events throughout the year including the All About Downtown Street Fair each September and Groove on Grove, a live music series that runs from May-August.
