Summer’s final stretch is upon us. With the upcoming fall season comes the return of a beloved Mile Square festival. Featuring displays from artists, crafters, food vendors, live music, and an array of local businesses along Washington Street, the Hoboken Fall Arts + Music Festival will take place on September 28th this year. 2025 Festival Details
The Hoboken Fall Arts + Music Festival is an annual community event boasting over 250 local vendors + artists and a lineup of live entertainment each year. For 2025, it will take place on September 28th from 11AM to 6PM on Washington Street, from Observer Highway to Seventh Street, with a rain date of October 5th.

While the full list of performers has yet to be announced, we know that Dwayne Gretzky, a 10-piece Toronto-based band, will headline the Observer Highway stage. Known as “Canada’s greatest party band,” the group will perform iconic songs from the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. This festival is part of Dwayne Gretzky’s United States tour, as per a statement from the City of Hoboken.
“The Hoboken Fall Arts + Music Festival is a reflection of Hoboken’s community spirit and creative energy,” Hoboken Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla said in a press release. “It’s a day when our residents come together to celebrate local talent, enjoy live music, and support artists and small businesses.”
