We could all use a bit more movement right now, and dancing is an excellent way to hit our daily step goal or to simply release some stress something we all need less of. Dancing is known to have a wide range of health benefits like improving balance and flexibility, increasing strength and endurance, and is an excellent mood-booster because exercise=endorphins, which make us happy {Elle Woods said so}. Dance is also a beautiful type of art that invites creative self-expression in a non-verbal way. Hudson County is filled with an array of dance studios for all types of skill levels.

Whether you’re looking to learn how to pole dance, or maybe something more classical like ballet, there’s a considerable amount of options for everyone if you’re staying local. Dance studios, like many other establishments, are trying to adapt to the times, and some are offering virtual classes while others have already opened their doors with precautions in place. Keep reading for a comprehensive list {updated regularly} of dance studios in Hudson County. {Please make sure to call a dance studio for hours and information on COVID-19 precautions as these are subject to change.}
