Club Pilates created four different levels for members to consider when booking classes

  • Level 1: Foundation is perfect for beginners who want to safely build the necessary Pilates foundation, focusing on form, alignment, and other Pilates fundamentals.
  • Level 1.5: Progression is the next step up and involves more complex and dynamic exercises and equipment.
  • Level 2: Evolution is a moderate, fast-paced class that challenges both the body and mind.
  • Level 2.5: Mastery is for those who are advanced in Pilates and have perfected their form and alignment as well as the mind-body connection.

Club Pilates also provides various types of classes catering to different fitness goals, including an Intro Class, Reformer Flow, Cardio Sculpt, Restore, Center + Balance, and more. Each class focuses on specific elements of Pilates and lists the intended fitness level for attendees. 

“No matter your age or level of fitness, there’s a Pilates class that will work for you,” said Horvath.

Club Pilates has different membership types available, including 4-class, 8-class, and unlimited membership options; and each studio provides a free introductory class to every member.

All About Club Pilates Hoboken

Club Pilates Hoboken has served the Hoboken community for the last five years. Local Hoboken mom Emese Horvath started Club Pilates Hoboken back in 2018 — after becoming a mother and leaving her career in finance. 

“I wanted to do something different that allowed me to spend more time with my son and also help improve people’s health,” Horvath told The Hoboken Girl. “I was really excited to have the opportunity to open a Club Pilates studio in my hometown, Hoboken.”

Just a few years after opening, Horvath was forced to close the studio due to COVID-19 and later reopened with strict prevention and safety measures. Despite the challenges the pandemic presented, Horvath persevered and prioritized both the health of her staff and customers. She now owns studios in West New York, Edgewater, and Jersey City — which recently opened in 2022.

In addition to Horvath, Samantha Garcia works as a Sales Manager for Club Pilates and is on-site at the studios; Gregg Evans is the Area Manager overseeing all studios; and Grace Park is the Lead Instructor and a master trainer who leads Club Pilates’ teacher trainings. The management team is a testament to the success of each Club Pilates studio.
