New Bites at Gringo’s {Jersey City}

Gringo’s is the newest taco joint in JC and there’s no better way to kick off the week than by trying something new. The space alone is worth the visit {we’re talking a cool interior and ’90s hiphop jams}. From tacos like the “Look Mom I’m Vegan!” {roasted carrot, charred cauliflower, grilled corn, pickled red onion, scallion, and salsa verde} and “The Buffalo Soldier” {shrimp tempura, house-made buffalo sauce with house-made celery and carrot slaw topped with a ranch cream}, you’ll be sure to find the taco of your dreams. If that’s not enough, they also serve Insta-worthy cocktails.

Tuesday – July 25th
