In an almost prophetic series of events, Albie Manzo — son of former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo — celebrated his engagement to his wife-to-be, Chelsea DeMonaco in one of the best Italian spots the Garden State has to offer: Hoboken’s very own Augustino’s. This morning, Chelsea took to Instagram to share a photo dump of her “unbelievable night,” confirming that the engagement celebration took place at 1104 Washington Street. Chelsea and some friends even posed in front of the trademark Augustino’s banner.

Per Page Six, Albie surprised his fiance by “telling her they were going to a birthday dinner for his dad, Albert Manzo.” As it would turn out, the party was actually a celebration of their engagement, which is totally adorable.
Page Six also shared that though the couple is freshly engaged, they’ve been dating since winter of 2019, and already have plans for a destination wedding in Italy. Just like we said: *nothing* says forever like Italian food.
True Hobokenites know that Albie is no stranger to The Mile Square — in 2013, Albie lived in the 333 River Apartments along with his brother, Chris, who was briefly the owner of Tenth Street Pizza (another local staple).
