Beautiful weather, time off, friends and family…summer is prime time for festivals. We’ve rounded up 10 of our favorite festivals in New Jersey that you just CAN’T miss!
July 4th: Oceanfest {Long Branch, NJ}. Oceanfest is the biggest Fourth of July celebration in New Jersey. Since the fireworks aren’t on our side anymore, it’s time to get out of town for a bit and head to the ocean!
July 10th: Vans Warped Tour {Susquehanna Bank Center, Camden NJ}. The largest traveling music festival in the United States.
July 22nd-25th: St. Ann’ s Italian Festival {Hoboken, NJ}. Delicious Italian food in Hoboken is basically a staple, so you just can’t miss the popular Italian feast at St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church. That, and fried oreos and zeppoles.
July 23rd-25th: Atlantic City Food, Wine, and Spirits Festival {Claridge Hotel, Atlantic City NJ}. Featuring some of the world’s finest restaurant’s and wines.
July 24th-26th: The 33rd Annual QuickChek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning {Solberg Airport, Readington NJ}. The largest summertime hot air balloon and music festival in North America.
July 25th: Soulsation Festival {Veteran’s Park, Bayville, NJ}. Live Music, Vendors, and FREE Yoga Classes!! There will also be a food & beer garden with organic and vegetarian options.
August 2nd: Bayshore’s Irish Festival {Keansburg, NJ}. Celebrate the Irish heritage of the communities of Bayshore as the host their First Irish Festival! So fun.
August 8th: Cape May’s Craft Beer and Crab Festival {Emlen Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St., Cape May, NJ}. It’s an all day feast with local and regional beers followed by a crab boil and BBQ.
August 15th: Pinelands Music Festival {New Jersey Motorsport Park, Millville NJ}. This is an all day music festival featuring the nation’s leading Alternative and Indie Rock Bands. Over 30 artists will be performing, so it’s quite a lineup.
September 10th-13th: Hoboken Italian Festival {Sinatra Drive, Hoboken NJ}. Italian, Italian, and some more Italian. End your summer celebrating Hoboken’s Italian tradition and culture at Hoboken’s Italian four day festival. You won’t want to miss it!
