Why We Love Milford

The town of Milford is located right on the bank of the Delaware River and is rich with history and charm. Known as the birthplace of the American Conservation Movement, Milford is home to a number of important American landmarks including Gray Towers and Forest Hall which are still popular sites to see today. What began as a small conservation movement led by then Governor Gifford Pinchot and US President Theodore Roosevelt, eventually became a nationwide project to expand the national park service throughout the United States.

This quaint little town is right out of a storybook and has so many cute shops, restaurants, art exhibits, and live music shows. And while Milford is bubbling with things to do, you will find that it is a great place to unwind and enjoy and escape the chaos of city life without being too remote. This town is the perfect blend of nature and history sprinkled with activities and relaxation.
