The History

Family owned and operated for over 50 years, W. Kodak Jewelers was founded by Woody Kodak. He got his start in jewelry along the boardwalks of Atlantic City, sparking his love and appreciation for both quality jewelry and outstanding customer service.

Following his graduation from ASU, the second generation of Kodaks, Brad and Creighton realized that something was missing from the bustling City of Hoboken: a luxury jeweler. They decided to open their own luxury jewelry boutique downtown at 60 Newark Street, prior to expanding uptown to the flagship store at 1123 Hudson Street. Both locations have remained open to this day, offering high-quality watches and jewelry to the community.

The Company

Whether customers are celebrating a special occasion or milestone event, the buyers at W. Kodak Jewelers have searched the globe to provide them with an amazing selection of jewelry, watches, and giftware. While W. Kodak Jewelers has remained classic in many ways, they are also aware of current trends, changing styles, and new technology to keep their staff and clients ahead of the curve.

The associates who work in-house are what keep the company alive. These are the friendly faces you’ll see in the store — helping customers choose the perfect luxury timepiece or ecstatic couples choose breathtaking engagement rings, answering questions about ring sizing and repairs, guiding gift-seekers through their selection of memorable gifts for every occasion, and dreaming of ways to bring custom pieces of jewelry to life. The company has developed a following of loyal clients based on trust and commitment to the art of their craft.

The Team

As a family-owned business for over 50 years, W. Kodak Jewelers takes great pride in its associates. From seasoned veterans with over 20 years of industry experience to fresh faces, customers can feel confident as they browse and buy, knowing they are in good hands.
