About The Max Challenge 10-Week Challenge

The Max Challenge offers a comprehensive program combining fitness classes, nutritional counseling, and motivation. The workouts are unique in the sense that they combine the most important parts of fitness and health. Making a lifestyle change {and sticking to it} is not an easy thing to do, but The Max Challenge team makes it motivating and manageable by offering modifications for each and every exercise. Their 10-Week Challenge is made up of increasingly harder workouts that meet five times a week for 45 minutes each. Here’s an example of what your day-to-day would look like:

  • Monday — Cardio
  • Tuesday — Upper Body Strength Training
  • Wednesday — Cardio
  • Thursday — Lower Body Strength Training
  • Friday — Cardio Kickboxing

It also includes nutritional coaching and will begin with before pictures + measurements {just so you can see how much you have improved throughout the 10 weeks}. At the end of the program, after following the fitness + nutritional recommendations, pounds and inches will be lost and self-confidence will be gained. Once participants complete the challenge, maintaining this new lifestyle change is the next step. You can become a legacy member and can continue to take classes at The Max Challenge.

With about 25 people per class, members can expect individualized attention from instructors.
