Satay is a BYO spot located at the corner of 1st and Washington Streets. A note posted on the front door of the business announced that the last day of operation would be December 24th. The note reads:

Hobbs Inc

“We believe that food brings people together and want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continuous support and understanding. We have been honored to be a part of the Hoboken community for 20+ years. Thank you once again and we hope to cross paths in the future. Warm regards, Satay Team.”

The restaurant’s website is down for ‘scheduled maintenance’. When HG called the restaurant to learn more, we were told that the owners are retiring. We wish them the best of luck in their retirement.
