Spring is upon us and The Max Challange in Hoboken is offering a program to help you reach your fitness goals. The fitness studio is a locally-owned fitness spot on 537 Washington Street is made up of fitness professionals and dedicated members who support each other on their journeys of health, wellness, and fitness. Starting April 12th, The Max Challange is hosting a Spring Challenge for members to participate virtually or in-person including outdoor classes. Read on to learn more about this fitness community that’s been getting residents into shape and discover what the Spring Challenge is all about.

The Spring Challenge Starts April 12th

The Spring Challenge 10-week challenge — Recharge Your Routine — is now available virtually, so you can participate and get the results you’ve been dreaming of from the comfort of your home {Zoom details will be emailed on Friday, April 9th} or in-person. The free trial class will be held on Sunday, April 11th at 10AM.

Here’s how it works:

  • -The challenge combines fitness classes, nutritional counseling, and the support needed to maintain progress throughout the challenge. 
  • -Members get to participate in unique workouts that combine different movements and intervals to keep your body working and progressing. The simple, perfectly-timed meal plan was developed with the help of nutrition experts to work in tandem with the fitness classes to maximize results, so now more guesswork or frustration around healthy eating.
  • -The workouts become increasingly harder over time. 
  • -Members get to participate in live online classes, in-person at the gym, or outdoors. 
  • -Maintaining an active lifestyle and healthy eating is the next step post-challenge, which is why many people who join the challenge decide to become legacy members. This allows you to continue enjoying classes and the support of the community even after the challenge is over.
