This is the first time La Bohème has hosted an event of this kind. The dining tables will be cleared out to create a full dance floor, giving guests plenty of room to sip, dance, and pretend they have been transported to the South of France. The dress code is Riviera Chic, so linen, breezy dresses, elevated resort wear, and vacation-inspired looks are highly encouraged. Tickets are required and can be purchased through the link in La Bohème’s Instagram bio.
About La Bohème
La Bohème is owned by Lisa and Omar Balouma and Abdellah Ksiyer, who are also behind Hoboken restaurants Barbes, Cafe Tati, and Pronto Pasta. The Clinton Street restaurant is influenced by the French Riviera, making it a fitting setting for a Saint-Tropez-inspired night.
The menu features French + Mediterranean dishes ranging from the Toast de Chèvre, made with Bucheron cheese, warm multigrain toast, figs, walnuts, and a maple syrup drizzle, to the Bouillabaisse “La Bohème,” a traditional stew prepared with market fish, seafood, and half of a lobster tail. Other highlights include the Loup de Mer, featuring grilled branzino with preserved lemon capers, broccoli rabe, and sweet potato mash.
The TLDR:
