Hoboken Girl Apparel Shop Debuts in Collaboration with Local Thread

Written by:

Since the COVID-19 news first broke locally, our small-but-mighty team at Hoboken Girl has been trying to keep things as normal as possible, working diligently to keep our readers informed, entertained, and inspired. But, like other small businesses, we’ve been greatly affected too. Our readers and followers have been asking how to support the site, so we’ve created a few different ways to help and fund the local coverage you rely on at this time — as well as give back to local orgs that need help.

We’ve collaborated with The Local Thread to create an e-commerce shop for Hoboken Girl merch. All of the proceeds from the shop will go to support our team at this difficult time, and we’ll be donating 10% of our net proceeds to the Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corps to help them raise funds for medical supplies and PPE.

You can access the shop at anytime here: HobokenGirl.com/shop, or scroll down to see all the styles and sizes we have. Just click the photo you want to see a size or color for, and you’ll be taken to the site to purchase/pick colors/sizes, etc. More merch coming soon. And don’t forget to post a pic of your new swag and tag us @thehobokengirl for a potential regram on IG!

We love our local community and can’t wait to see you rocking your HG items! Thanks so much for your support.

XO, Team HG

Jen is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of HobokenGirl.com. With deep entrepreneurial roots in Hudson County — as her grandparents owned textile businesses on Tonnelle Ave in North Bergen dating back to the 50s — she started the site as a Hoboken resident to discover the amazing things happening in the area. When not planning the next Hoboken Girl event or #HobokenGirlHelps volunteer project, she can usually be found shopping at local boutiques, eating an Insta-worthy meal, walking her two pups, or watching Bravo TV and ordering takeout with her husband.
