June is finally here and there is no better way to kick it off than sharing some of our favorite happy hours happening this week {June 4th – June 10th, 2018}. Yes we know — there are happy hour specials happening at just about every spot in town on a daily basis, but when you break free from a long day of work, the last thing you want to do is plan a night out for you and your friends {or think at all, really}. That’s why we’ve done the planning for you; here are our picks for this week’s happy hour events in Hoboken + Jersey City:

Monday – June 4th
Biggies {36-42 Newark Street, Hoboken}
Biggie’s is hosting $3 domestics all day + $5 Kentucky lemonade. Every Monday is also Teacher Appreciation Day — teachers can enjoy happy hour drinks, 10% off food, + $3 desserts after 4:00PM.
Wine + Whiskey Lounge @ Grove Square {116 Newark Avenue, Jersey City}
Mondays can sometimes get the best of us. Wind down at this spot for some dinner accompanied by a bottle of wine for half off — yup, you heard that right.
Tuesday – June 5th
Solute to Sicily! A Social Tasting Event at Sorellina {1036 Washington Street, Hoboken}
Sorellina has launched a series of “social tastings” the first Tuesday of every month in order to let guests try their new wines from their list. The event is from 7:00PM-9:00PM, but guests are welcome to come and go whenever they would like. Purchase tickets here to learn + taste about six of Sorellinas favorite wines from Sicily {including snacks}.
Boss Babes Jersey City Summer Kickoff Happy Hour at Talde {8 Erie Street, Jersey City}
Boss Babes of Jersey City is a networking platform for women of Jersey City and surrounding areas. Their event happening this Tuesday from 6:00PM-8:00PM will be all about inspiring one another, collaborating, + having fun — talk about #girlpower. Get your tickets here.

Wednesday – June 6th
The Ainsworth {310 Sinatra Drive, Hoboken}
Burgers + Bourbon, sound like a great duo? Because it is. Receive a free bourbon when you order a burger at The Ainsworth this Wednesday.
SJC Green Drinks + ART Event at LITM {140 Newark Avenue, Jersey City}
Get your tickets here for an event that Sustainable JC will be hosting this for those who have an interest in sustainability and would like to meet other like-minded people. From 6:00PM-7:00PM enjoy $5 happy hour specials, and your first drink is on them!
Thursday – June 7th
Schnitzel Special + Happy Hour at Pilsener Haus {1422 Grand Street, Hoboken}
Take advantage of Pilsener Haus’ all day 50% off wiener schnitzel special. Up until 6:00PM, they are also serving $5 1/2L Pilsener House Original, $6 Haus Wine, $6 Specialty Apps that include potato pancakes, brussel sprouts, gebackene champignons, $7 haus cocktails, + $13 beer & brat.
Getaround Happy Hour at The Bistro {116 Newark Avenue, Jersey City}
Getaround is an on-demand peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace and they are hosting a happy hour at The Bistro from 6:30PM-8:30PM. You can score a free drink + appetizers at the event and learn more about who’s behind the scenes of the Jersey City location. Don’t forget to register for this free event here.
Friday – June 8th
McSwiggans Pub {110 1st Street, Hoboken}
This classic Irish pub features burgers, brunch, sandwiches, entrees, and this Friday even $3 Coors Light drafts +$4 IPA drafts from 4:00PM-8:00PM.
Barcade {163 Newark Avenue, Jersey City}
This Friday, head over to this original arcade bar to catch their weekly happy hour special. From 12:00PM-7:00PM receive $2 off beers, well drinks, and house wines + $8 select beer and four roses shots.

Saturday – June 9th
Hoboken Run + Happy Hour at Pier 13 {Hoboken}
Aquila Travel is hosting a run + happy hour. From 6:00PM-9:00PM the participating group will complete a 5K around Hoboken then will be followed by drinks at Pier 13. A perfect way to reward yourself for all of that cardio.
Grove Corner Bar {116 Newark Avenue, Jersey City}
So every day at this hotspot is Taco Tuesday. For just $15 you score a basket of tacos plus a Corona + a shot of tequila. If for some reason you are not feeling that deal, they also offer an $8 menu. Can this place get any better?
Sunday – June 10th
Mikie Squared {616 Washington Street}
They claim to have the “best french toast in town” but you can be the judge of that if you head here for Sunday brunch. If you are feeling like relaxing for some drinks they host Sangria Sundays with $10 pitchers all day, $15 specialty pitchers, and $12 pitchers of Coors Light + Yuengling during sporting events.
J.C. Underground @ Grove Square {116 Newark Avenue, Jersey City}
The Underground hosts an Industry Night every Sunday from 9:30PM-1:30AM. With a $4 drink menu, a complimentary buffet, and karaoke/DJ; how could you not get out on the town and have yourself a Sunday Funday?
June 8th – 17th
Hoboken Cocktail Week
For those who want options in their happy hour fun this week and next, this 10-day long event {hosted by Hoboken Happy Hours} is back for its second year to celebrate cocktails around Hoboken.
