We’ve got some b-e-a-utiful weather headed our way, so why not take your indoor workout to the sunny outdoors? Lucky for us here in Hoboken, starting in May and running through September, you and your friends can get in a summer sweat sesh with fitness classes at Pier A Park, under the 14th Street Viaduct, and Maxwell Place Park for FREE {adiós treadmill, helloooo sunshine}. Worried you’ll be accused having a fitness-affair from your beloved workout routine? No sweat {until class starts}. Some of your favorite gyms, boutique fitness studios and trainers will be teaching classes. So grab your water bottle and yoga mat and get one step closer to being healthy and fit.

June 19 – The Boss Chick Dance Workout:

June 26 – Asana Soul Practice — Open Soul Yoga Class:
