Customized Treatment Plans
As you may have already heard, this boutique medical spa is the result of a collaboration between two Hoboken residents and medical colleagues, Dr. Oz Fernandez and Nurse Practitioner Austin Marie Jacobus. After working together for years, they opened Evolve Med Spa in Hoboken earlier in 2020 and now focus their expertise on helping people feel and look their best with consistent, natural-looking results. The client always comes first so all recommendations given to patients are made in the best interest of the individual.
“We pride ourselves on taking the time to customize treatment plans for our clients. No day is like work for me because I absolutely love what I do. I started my career in the acute hospital setting, so I’ve transitioned from saving lives to changing lives — and I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of someone’s journey toward feeling more beautiful and self-assured,” Austin said.

Two new providers recently joined the team at Evolve MedSpa, Paige, and Alexis. Paige was previously at a plastic surgeon practice and is excited to be a part of the Evolve team. “I believe that what really sets us apart is the experience. We want this to be a safe, happy place for our clients. Our whole vibe is different — it’s uplifting, positive, and fun,” said Paige. “It makes me so proud that our clients walk out of our office feeling better than before. It’s an honor collaborating with our clients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals.”
Alexis worked in dermatology prior to joining Evolve and very strongly believes that treatments should enhance, not change, someone’s appearance. “I am so excited to be a part of a team that really focuses on enhancing a person’s natural beauty,” said Alexis. “I’m passionate about helping clients maintain their individuality and helping them feel confident. Whether that’s through injectables or skincare, my goal is to always have our clients look like themselves.”

Grand Opening of New Location in Jersey City
Those who have already discovered the magic of Evolve Med Spa will be excited to know the business recently expanded to include a new Jersey City location {263 Grand Street} and has some additional services. This spa is staffed by the same team and offers the same services currently available in Hoboken {706 Grand Street}. At the new spot, you can also get IPL Photofacials, the Diamond Glow facial and purchase SkinMedica medical-grade skincare products.
