Residents can book a ride on the Via app or call 201-514-6637. The service runs from 6AM to 10PM Monday through Friday, then from 8AM to 10PM on Saturdays. Riders can only pay with credit and debit cards. For rides between the Outer and Central zones of Jersey City, it only costs $2. For rides within the Outer zone, it’s $2 plus $0.50 per mile.
