Bubby’s Burritos in Jersey City

Written by:

Vegans and vegetarians know how tough it can be to find some good, authentic Mexican food on-the-go. However, if you’re in the Jersey City area, you’re in luck. The most underrated Mexican spot in Jersey City may just be Bubby’s Burritos, located at 440 Jersey Avenue {they also have a food truck that you can find on the waterfront in downtown Jersey City as well, FYI}. Originally from Toluca, Mexico, Elias Irineo and Reyna Villarreal immigrated to Jersey City and opened Bubby’s Burritos in 2013. This local spot has plenty of vegan + vegetarian items on the menu and is totally worth checking out — see what we love about it:
