There’s a restaurant on the West Side that has been making foodie headlines lately — The Table: Kitchen + Bar at 3 Acres. Chef Daniel Latham, whose brunch was a staple of the Jersey City brunch scene at Latham House, serves his signature brunch at his newest venture across town. Brunch Menu at The Table: Kitchen + Bar at 3 Acres

“Raise your palate as we celebrate our famous brunch, bringing back old favorites and introducing new dishes that are sure to become brunch classics,” Chef Dan Latham told The Hoboken Girl.

Also on the brunch menu are Avocado Toast + Egg, Truffle Mac and Cheese, The Table Omelet, Breakfast Burrito, and Eggs Your Way, which comes with smoked bacon or turkey sausage, a biscuit, homemade jam, and roasted red potatoes (yum). In addition, the new Brunch Bites — smaller plates of brunch treats — are now available.

Made-to-order are sandwiches, like the West Side Burger, Veggie Burger, and Crispy Chicken Sandwich, or salads, like the Asian Chicken Salad or Shrimp Caesar Greek Salad, during brunch. Nachos and classic Buffalo wings are on the menu for brunch starters. Sausage gravy, crispy bacon, Challah, 7-grain toast, french fries, and turkey sausage can be added as sides.

We went last weekend during the debut, and had the Ridiculous Egg Sandwich (which was ridiculously good), Eggs Benedict, French Toast + Fresh Berries, and the Asian Salad — all of which were delicious. We also tried some regular brunch cocktails and a few craft cocktails including the House Sangria, + the Big in Japan and would 100% order again. As per usual, Chef Latham put together a delicious menu in a fun and welcoming local spot.

Safe to say Chef Daniel Latham’s signature casual dining and deliciously-styled brunch is the best in Jersey City. The brunch menu is filled with twists on American classics, comfort food, healthy options, and of course — gluten-free + vegetarian dishes at The Table: Kitchen + Bar.

And Now, Brunch Cocktails

Boozy brunch with drinks is a favorite on the menu at The Table: Kitchen + Bar. Enjoy mimosas, Bloody Marys, and bellinis for two hours during brunch.

“We are excited to offer Chef Latham’s famous brunch, this time adding a two-hour drink option for those who want to come in, hang out, and enjoy the atmosphere,” JB Geibel, who operates the restaurant along with Chef Latham, told The Hoboken Girl.

Bloody Marys can be made with vodka, tequila, or gin and mimosas are on tap with orange juice, blood orange juice, or guava + pineapple juice. A few craft cocktails, like an Aperol Spritz + Bellini, are a new brunch twist, and don’t forget to try the Big in Japan (we’re big fans).

Non-alcoholic drinks are, of course, also featured on the brunch menu. Diners can enjoy a hot American coffee, cold brew, cappuccino, latte, or Rishi Tea. These drinks can be made with whole, half + half, almond, or oat milk.

About The Team, and Chef Latham

The Table: Kitchen + Bar at 3 Acres is a destination in Jersey City’s West Side neighborhood. It is the newest venture from Chef Latham who is well-known for the beloved downtown Jersey City staple, The Latham House.

“Being a part of the Downtown Jersey City dining scene was an incredible experience that I will always cherish,” said Chef Latham. “At The Table: Kitchen + Bar, we bring the essence of that journey and passion to a neighborhood that’s brimming with new activity, in a much larger space, with indoor and outdoor seating, a larger bar area, and function space.”

The Table: Kitchen + Bar is a welcoming, laid-back space that invites guests to connect with family, friends, and the community. The restaurant has a 500-year-old 25-foot live-edge gathering table for up to 30 guests that is made from reclaimed Acacia wood, which is available in the function space, with seating up to 200.

During warmer months, there’s an outdoor patio which has space for 40 people. There are glass-clad garage-style doors that cantilever open to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience to encourage more conversation and memorable meals.

Along with brunch, The Table gives guests an upscale American dining experience for dinner. Dinner is served on Sunday + Tuesday-Thursday from 4PM-10PM and Friday-Saturday from 4PM-11PM. Reservations can be made on OpenTable. Brunch runs from 10:00AM-4:00PM on weekends only.

For parking, there’s plenty of free parking across the street from The Table: Kitchen + Bar all weekend long — and The Table validates visitors’ with free parking during the week. The Table can be reserved for private events. The 2,000 sq ft space is great for intimate or large gatherings with friends and family.
