If there’s one thing that defines Hoboken, it’s that locals are passionate. Whether it’s their favorite coffee shop, a trivia-night spot, or the deli that has their sandwich ready even before they walk in, Hoboken shows up for the places it loves. And in a city that runs on great food, good vibes, and loyal regulars, listening to customers is everything. The challenge? Getting honest, helpful feedback isn’t always easy. That’s where Twocents comes in. This new (and very cool) private feedback platform was built specifically for New Jersey businesses and their patrons. It gives customers a simple way to share real thoughts directly with the places they love, helping Hoboken spots stay connected to their communities. Keep reading to find out how Twocents works, Hoboken’s newest customer feedback platform.

About Twocents

Twocents is a private guest feedback app built in New Jersey. Instead of posting reviews publicly online, customers can share helpful and thoughtful feedback directly with the business, where it matters most.

With Twocents, customers can:

  • search for any business in New Jersey at Twocents.io
  • share their feedback privately
  • help improve the places they love
  • earn a chance to win rewards for participating

And local businesses will:

  • receive real, honest feedback
  • develop stronger customer relationships
  • have a better understanding of what’s working (and what’s not)
  • tap into the community to help grow their businesses

The platform launched in Montclair earlier this year, and its effects have been felt far and wide — both by customers and business owners. “Twocents is the future of feedback,” shared Rob Spina, owner of Montclair restaurant Boschetto. Twocents creates a feedback loop that benefits everyone, allowing customers to share constructive feedback or appreciation.
