Meet the New Provider
Michael Brzozowski, LMT has been a licensed massage therapist for over 12 years. He joins The Spine & Sports Health Center with a long history of experience working in medical settings, alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists. This unique background has allowed him the opportunity to learn about different approaches to pain management, both physically and mentally. He is trained in multiple modalities and techniques including prenatal massage, neuromuscular/myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue massage, and more.
Non-Surgical Treatment of Spine + Joint Pain
The Spine & Sports Health Center created its massage program as a separate division from the rest of the practice, so that means patients can come in for just a massage! Current patients of the practice can also take advantage of the massage services as an extra form of rehabilitation, in addition to the medically-guided pain management, physical therapy, sports medicine, and chiropractic services that the practice offers. Its board-certified medical doctors provide individualized treatment plans for patients of all shapes and sizes, from young children all the way to professional athletes.
How to Book
Michael is seeing patients at The Spine & Sports Health Center’s Jersey City office located at 121 Newark Ave, in Suite 300. His hours are Monday through Thursday from 11:00AM-7:00PM and Friday from 10:00AM-6:00PM.
Thirty-minute massages are normally $50 and 60-minute massages are normally $100, but The Spine & Sports Health Center offers new massage patients 50% off their first visit…. so that means that your first 30-minute massage is only $25 or your first 60-minute massage is only $50! They also offer a membership program that is available in both Jersey City and Hoboken locations. For $64.99/month {+tax} you get a FREE 60-minute massage + 25% discount on all additional massages, and any unused free massages may roll over to the next month during membership.
