In honor of Pride Month, we scouted around the area to see what business owners, organizations, and the overall community was doing to support and celebrate. What we found? Love really does win in Hudson County. To do our part and show our LGBTQ support, we thought we’d help spread the word about these fun creations and past and present events that are happening in Hoboken and the surrounding areas.

You can stop by Flatbread Grill and try some of their delicious rainbow hummus that they made with Hudson Pride, while Tony Boloney’s is at it again with rainbow mozzarella sticks. 7 Fine Arts Gallery decorated their display with pride inspired student work. And just this past June 11th, the Jersey City LGBT Pride Festival and Gayborhood JerseyCity collaborated to organize a bus from Jersey City to The Equality March for Unity and Pride in Washington D.C. The Aether Game Cafe hosted a LGBTQ+ game night to celebrate pride month, and Jersey Stands hosted a Pulse Nightclub Memorial at Pint in Jersey City to honor the 49 lives lost. As part of their Take Over Tuesdays, Club Transmission hosted Count Down to Pride with music by DJ Nesto, while Hudson Pride hosted a LGBTQ Youth Prom at the Hudson Pride Connections Center — and Cyclebar had an awesome pride ride.
