Anyone who knows Heidi knows how much she loves Hoboken and has a passion for her work as an attorney. Nearly 30 years into calling Hoboken home, Heidi Conlin is reentering her professional role as an attorney, building directly on relationships, trust, and the presence she’s cultivated throughout her time here in Hoboken.
Heidi has officially joined founding attorney Frank Marciano at Marciano Law, a boutique firm located at 86 Hudson Street in Hoboken, where she brings her signature people-first, empowered approach to legal advocacy. Chances are, many locals have already crossed paths with her over the years, not just as an attorney, but as a familiar and active member of Hoboken. Keep reading to learn more about Heidi and what she brings to Marciano Law in Hoboken.
A Familiar Face Around Hoboken
Heidi isn’t new to Hoboken (not even close). Over the past three decades, she’s been deeply embedded in our neighborhood, going far beyond her legal career.
Some residents may recognize her from her years as a CKO kickboxing instructor, while others may know her recently through Sage Map, her meditation and sound bath practice. She’s also volunteered with the Hoboken Charter School, founded Hoboken Family Alliance over 25 years ago, and she and her husband have raised their four children in town, experiencing firsthand, like many, the everyday realities of balancing career, family life and public service.

A People-First Approach to Law
At Marciano Law Firm, Heidi focuses on making the legal process feel clear, supportive, and far less intimidating than people often expect. Her practice areas include family law, real estate, probate and estate planning, landlord-tenant issues, and civil litigation — all handled with an emphasis on communication, compassion, and professionalism.
“Heidi practices law the way we believe it should be practiced,” said Frank Marciano. “She listens carefully, cuts through the noise, and helps people feel steady and informed – even in stressful moments.” Her mindset reflects the firm’s model, which prioritizes personalized attention and strong roots across Hudson County.
For Heidi, joining Marciano Law wasn’t about reinvention. It was about alignment.
“Knowing your rights changes how you move through the world,” Heidi shared. “Solid legal guidance isn’t just about outcomes – it’s about accuracy, confidence, and feeling supported.”
That belief mirrors the work Heidi’s done throughout her life, and now she brings that same grounded presence to helping clients feel capable and informed during some of life’s most challenging moments.
