If you’ve visited the recently opened Trader Joe’s in Hoboken, you’ve probably heard someone say {or even thought yourself}, “I wish I could live in this place!” Well, we hate to break it to you, but you can’t. The good news is, you can live directly above your new favorite store at Harlow — and you won’t get arrested for trespassing. If you thought living in TJ’s sounded like a great idea, just wait until you take a look at this place. The amenities are as gorgeous as the view.

Located right on the corner at 1330 Willow Ave, Harlow has a mix of luxury one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with large closets {hello, shoes!}, high-end finishes, Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel GE appliances, and central heating and cooling. It’s really no surprise that this is one of the fastest-leasing locations in the Mile Square. As if you needed any other excuses to check it out, we’ve put together a list of 10 reasons to live in Harlow.

Harborside Sport + Spine

1. You’ll live directly above Trader Joe’s.

Hobbs Inc

There’s been a lot of hype about this store opening, and for good reason! People have been traveling from far and wide to get in, but you won’t have to. You could literally go right down in your pajamas if you wanted to — not that it would have stopped you before from getting your good snacks and quality produce from TJ’s.

2. An outdoor pool + landscaped deck.

Considering May held temps that were in the 90s, we’re all looking for a friend with a pool deck. But you won’t have to if you live in Harlow. With your new treasures from Trader Joe’s on the bottom, and your sunny pool oasis up top, we should really just stop this list now. But we won’t

3. You’ll have a state-of-the-art fitness room.

We know there are a ton of Hoboken gyms, wellness facilities, and fitness classes, and sometimes trying to choose one can be a bit daunting. But with a top-notch one located directly in your building, the choice is really easy. {Plus you’ll have pretty much zero excuses not to get that body ready for the pool deck.}

4. A colorful children’s play room.

Because of its uptown location and luxury amenities, the designers knew that young families who choose Harlow will want to stay around a while. This location is super family friendly — which is why they included a kid-centric play room.

5. Stunning views… of course.

Hoboken is known for its incredible view of the NYC skyline, and at Harlow, you’ll have first hand access to it in your own backyard — literally.

6. An outdoor lounge space + fire pits.

Having a front row seat to the best view around wasn’t enough, so at Harlow, you can now enjoy the skyline while sitting next to a crackling fire. And don’t worry about running out of the necessities for s’mores — because, Trader Joe’s.

7. Fireside billiards.

The roof deck and pool at Harlow are great for warmer weather, but this residency also houses a welcoming interior for those colder months. Enjoy billiards by the fire or cozy up in the lounge where you’ll find WiFi access and flat screen TVs.

8. Garage parking + bike storage.

It’s no secret that parking in Hoboken can be a nightmare — but it is considerably less terrible when you have a private garage for your building. Commute to work on two wheels? Harlow also has bike storage on-site, making your ride to work hassle-free.

9. There’s a free shuttle to the PATH.

No car, no bike? Still no hassle. For those of you who take the PATH or Light Rail to work, Harlow offers a free shuttle service, making your commute that much easier. Uptown living doesn’t have to be out of the question for those traveling from downtown.

10. You Get 1 Month of Rent FREE.

Yes, you read that correctly. The leasing office is currently offering one month free rent. But be warned, they are more than 87% leased — which means you should act fast. They are offering both short and long terms leases, and you can schedule a tour by visiting their site or by calling (201) 268-7613 and mentioning Hoboken Girl. We know you’re going to be at Trader Joe’s anyway, so why not take a peek at that incredible roof deck and then come home to Harlow.

This post is sponsored, but with the uptown neighborhood booming and Trader Joe’s right below, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share with you this great new space. Let us know if you’ve visited it — or if you live there!
