If Hoboken had a love language, it would be acts of service — and by that, we mean serving food. From cozy date-night spots to global bites and comfort food that keeps locals coming back for more, Hoboken has no shortage of amazing restaurants. One of our favorites, Antique at 112, located at 112 Willow Avenue, is a small-but-mighty micro diner bringing a fresh burst of energy to the neighborhood. The menu is packed with organic, made-from-scratch dishes that taste like comfort and feel like home. After some exciting new kitchen renovations, Antique at 112 is ready to welcome the community back into its warm, inviting space. Keep reading to learn more about this local gem and what’s cooking inside.
A Fresh Start on Willow Avenue
Locally owned, operated, and designed by Joseph Castelo, Antique at 112 has become a neighborhood favorite for those craving honest food made with care. The refreshed space feels cozy and relaxed and makes you want to come back for more.
With its new and improved hood and ventilation system, the team is doubling down on what it does best — organic salads, rotisserie chicken, grass-fed burgers, wraps, ‘sangwiches’ — yes, that’s how they spell it, and yes, they’re THAT good) and all of the comfort food you could ever want, made with clean ingredients.
What’s on the Menu
Antique at 112’s menu is both familiar and elevated. Everything is made from scratch, using organic and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Some of our favorites include:
- Organic Rotisserie Chicken — your choice of Adobo or Classic spices or the Rotisserie Chicken Family Meal that includes three sides.
- Build Your Own Organic Salad — all organic salad with fresh ingredients and a choice of premium add-ons that include organic chicken or wild-caught shrimp.
- The Big J Burger — two grass-fed wagyu beef patties with organic lettuce, house pickles, onions, and Fancy Sauce, on a sesame seed bun.
- Steak Frites — a hanger steak topped with garlic-herbed butter served with crispy 112 Fries.
- Buffalo Chicken Wrap — antibiotic and hormone-free crispy chicken with mixed greens, carrots, celery, and homemade blue cheese dressing.
- Antique Artichoke Salad — baby kale, parmesan, fried lemon, parsley, and creamy garlic dressing.
- Falafel Wrap — hummus, tahini, cucumber, chili oil, and pickled cabbage in a warm tortilla.
- Breakfast Burrito — farm-fresh eggs, sausage, home fries, guac, and sour cream.
And while Antique at 112 may call itself a micro-diner, there’s nothing small about the flavor or vibes. The food is hearty, fresh, and full of flavor, perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner, as well as serving local wine from N.J.’s own Old York Cellars.
