It’s been a week, Hudson County. This weekend will bring the highly-anticipated, candy-filled holiday we all know and love — Halloween, as well as the first official weekend of November {time is flying by}. But fear not, because whether you’re getting ready to celebrate Halloween this weekend or are already thinking about what you’ll be eating for Thanksgiving — we’ve got you covered. In two weeks, on Thursday, November 14th from 4:30PM-7:30PM, you can join Judith Farris, a protégé of the late Keith Davis, for a professional performance course at New Jersey City University’s Margaret Williams Theatre {2039 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Jersey City}. Judith Farris is the teacher of many of New York’s finest Broadway, rock, film, TV and opera singers. In addition to having had a successful career in Europe, Farris has performed with the Santa Fe Opera, the Opera Theater of St. Louis, the Washington Opera and the Chicago Opera Theater, and at Lincoln Center and the Kennedy Center.. This course is designed to raise the bar on performance skills for singers, performers, and public speakers alike.
