Orangetheory Fitness Edgewater Transformation Challenge — January 21st through March 17th

With 2019 in full swing, it’s time to turn those fitness resolutions into a reality. Orangetheory Fitness in Edgewater is hosting a challenge from January 21st through March 17th where participants will take 3 classes per week during the timeframe. All classes will be held at Orangetheory Fitness’ home studio in Edgewater where you will do your check-in weigh-ins {before, during, and after} to keep track of your body’s transformation. Moon Meditation & Ritual at Hudson Yoga Project in Hoboken— Thursday, January 10th 

Local acupuncturist Sara Khosrowjerdi is hosting a workshop that will teach students about the power of the moon and how its cycle affects our lives. Sabrina Sarabella is hosting an introduction class to self-defense for women at Athleta in Hoboken {316 Washington Street} this Saturday morning. Blood Drive Hosted by Scout Troop 146 — Saturday, January 12th from 10:00AM-3:00PM

Victor Mauseth and the boys from Scout Troop 146 are sponsoring a blood drive in Hoboken ar 308 Jefferson Street. The troop needs at least 40 people to donate to meet their goal. There will be water and snacks for those who donate. Get more information here.
