The City of Hoboken is filled with an array of healthcare providers, each specializing in different disciplines to help keep our community in tip-top shape. Vein Institute of New Jersey, an affiliate of The Cardiovascular Care Group, recently opened its new Hoboken office located at 129 Washington Street, 4th Floor in Hoboken. The local practice consists of board-certified vascular surgeons, physician assistants, + advanced nurse practitioners and focuses on comprehensive medical care for vein diseases such as chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, spider veins, and deep vein thrombosis — from serious medical procedures to aesthetics when it comes to veins. The practice also has an IAC-accredited vascular lab staffed with licensed vascular technologists whose entire focus is to diagnose problems of the arterial and venous systems. Comprehensive Vein Treatment

Vein Institute of New Jersey specializes in treating a range of vein conditions, from cosmetic concerns such as spider veins to more serious medical conditions like Chronic Venous Insufficiency, varicose veins, and deep vein thrombosis — all generally covered by insurance. The IAC-accredited vascular lab is staffed by fully licensed vascular technologists who focus solely on diagnosing issues related to the arterial and venous systems, providing the highest standard of care to all.

Sclerotherapy is one of the most popular treatments at Vein Institute of New Jersey. This minimally invasive procedure treats varicose and spider veins through an FDA-approved sclerosant injected into the vein. This painless procedure only takes 15 to 30 minutes, and patients can return immediately to their normal activities.

Our founder, Jennifer Tripucka recently stopped by for a free consultation with the Hoboken team.

“From the moment I walked into the Vein Institute of New Jersey, I felt welcome and at ease. Both the doctor and NP shared what the consult process was like, and I even got a little goodie bag (complete with shorts for my consult). It was so comforting, as someone with a Congenital Heart Defect, to ask questions around my veins for both medical and aesthetics and receive in-real-time answers. The tech assessed my legs, for both medical and cosmetic aspects, and all was in the clear — besides discovering one vein that could aesthetically be reduced with Sclerotherapy. It’s a quick injection into the vein, and poof — gone! No downtime.

Was a great experience overall, and it’s so nice to know you can go into the office for any clot concerns, and be seen/not have to go to the ER for a similar concern. So glad VI is in Hoboken now!”
