We are six months into 2019, which means you might be considering revamping your workout to keep up with those New Year’s resolutions that were set back before the sun was staying out past 5:00PM. The summer season is a great time to switch it up, try something new, and push yourself to new limits. But if you’re not sure exactly how or where to amp up your fitness routine, then you’re in luck, because there’s a one-of-a-kind fitness challenge starting soon, and we’ve got the details for you below. About the Max Challenge

The MAX Challenge of Hoboken combines the best in fitness classes, nutrition coaching, and motivation and their 10-week “Beat the Heat Challenge” that begins June 24th. This is the perfect fitness challenge to help you feel good all the way through the summer so that your beach bod can last you not just until Labor Day, but past it as well.

Besides getting a great workout, The MAX Challenge is also the perfect place to branch out and meet new friends. It’s a community of people who are all looking to better themselves in a supportive environment, inside and out. It can be tough to make new friends, whether you’re new in town or just looking to expand your social network — but this is one way to do it while also doing something good for yourself.

“Beat The Heat” Fitness Challenge

The MAX Challenge of Hoboken likes to set you up for success. Expect to be prepped with nutritional information, meet the entire MAX crew, hear stories from current members, and more.  The team at the Max Challenge wants new members to feel comfortable in the studio and with each other before the sweat starts, so all you have to do is focus on your workout.

The 10-Week Challenge consists of increasingly harder workouts that meet five times a week for 45 minutes each. Here’s an example of what your day-to-day would look like:

Zap Fitness

Monday — Cardio
Tuesday — Upper Body
Wednesday — Cardio
Thursday — Lower Body
Friday — Cardio Kickboxing

It also includes nutritional coaching, and will begin with before pictures and measurements {just so you can see how much you have improved over the course of the 10 weeks}. At the end of the program, after having followed the fitness and nutritional components, you will notice the pounds and inches you have lost and the self-confidence you have gained. Not only that, you will jump a little higher, run a little faster, feel lighter on your feet, and smile more. Once you complete the challenge, it is important to maintain this new lifestyle change. You can become a legacy member and can continue to take classes at The Max Challenge.

The Free Trial Class — Saturday, June 22nd @ 9:00AM
