The condos are located above Hoboken, on the Basalt Cliffs off Patterson Plank, offering stunning NYC views and calming cliffside serenity. Add in a quick walk to the 2nd Street Light Rail Station and some of the new bars and restaurants located in Southwest Hoboken, and it’s not hard to pass up.

Offering over 31 loft-style unique layouts from studios to four-bedrooms, there’s something for everyone {and family-size} at The Cliffs. The amenities at these condominiums are exquisite. Some of which include:
A 24-hour concierge + on-site management, outdoor kitchen with gas grills, fire pits, + water features. They also house a zen garden, shuttle to Hoboken PATH. Additionally, there’s a children’s playfroom, bike storage, and dog run. But of all the things, there’s one that just kinda sorta makes our hearts stop: a SALT SAUNA.
Yes, that’s correct: The Cliffs wanted to bring the serenity of escaping the hustle-bustle of the city right into the building, and with that in mind, the owners built the Sancri Wellness Center.
