The most food-filled holiday of the year is just around the corner now. But leading up to Thanksgiving, there is another special day to look forward to — Thanksgiving Eve. Similar to Christmas Eve, the name is quite self-explanatory — the evening {or day + night} before Thanksgiving, when it’s time to imbibe some cocktails before the holiday weekend. This unofficial holiday before the holiday, however, is typically celebrated with friends and includes a lot of booze.
