Personality: Theo is a staff favorite — he always wins everyone over with his puppy eyes and how he likes to lean his head against one’s lap and look into their eyes. He loves puzzle toys, playing with stuffed animals, cuddling, and being close to people. Theo loves every human he meets, it’s just other animals he struggles with. He is such a wonderful dog, and needs the time and space to blossom into the best boy he can be.
