Art and music lovers, take note: The Historic Downtown Special Improvement District will be hosting Groove on Grove {JCFridays edition}, a city-wide arts festival, THIS Friday, June 1st. Enjoy live performances and local vendors at the Grove Street PATH Plaza in Jersey City, as well as art from local artists displayed in galleries, stores, and restaurants around the city. This event is hosted by Art House Productions and is held four times a year. Read on to get a look at the vendors, performers, and artists you’ll see at the events:

From 3:00PM-10:00PM in the Grove Street PATH Plaza on Friday, Artist & Maker Market will also be there featuring some awesome local vendors for a unique outdoor shopping experience. Among the vendors, you will find a variety of handmade items from vintage finds, to art, fashion and more. Also enjoy alcoholic beverages from some favorite Jersey City bars {South House, Talde, Porta, and Orale}.
