Gringo’s Disco Teca

Gringo’s is celebrating JC Pride with a night of Classic Disco all night long at this official Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride event. Dress up in the theme for a chance to win prizes. It’s free entry for 21+ guests, and drink specials will be available. Learn more here.

Hudson Pride hosts the 4th Anniversary + Pride Men’s Party.
Porta’s Fierce Fridays Pride
August 6 | 11:30PM – 1AM
Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival and Porta invite you to experience this special Fierce Fridays Pride event hosted by Stella Luna with guest stars Catrina Lovelace, Slaylani, and Gia Wyntour. There is a $15 entertainment fee for this event. Learn more here.
LGBT+ Friendship Speed Dating
August 7 | 2PM-4PM
Come meet new queers during Hoboken Pride at Columbus Park from 2PM-4PM. There will be Truth or Dare, come prepared. The event is hosted by Hoboken Rainbow Family.
Pride With Your Pup at Corgi Spirits

The Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival and Corgi Spirits at the Jersey City Distillery invite you to come to celebrate JC Pride doggy style. Learn more here.
Every Woman Wellness Event

This event hosted at the Hoboken University Medical Center is a healthy living event for lesbian, bisexual, cis, and trans women. The event will discuss free yearly medical exams, safe sex resources, guided meditation, and have food, music, and prizes.
Laugh with Pride at Brightside

LGBTQ Networking Mixer

This social event will offer wine and cheese pairings. A$20 donation with proceeds going to Hudson Pride Center.
Rainbow Block Party
August 10 | 12PM-6PM

Light Up Pride Night
August 13 | 7:30PM – 10PM
Come celebrate JC Pride with Bike JC and the Jersey City LGBT Pride Festival in this special ride celebrating the 20th Anniversary Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival. Riders are encouraged to decorate and light up their bikes in honor of the festivities. Ride gathers at 7:30 and rolls at sunset. The ride will begin at 325 Grove Street in Jersey City. PRIDE with Silent DISCO

Celebrate Family PRIDE with Silent DISCO and Hooping Workshop. This year’s Silent Disco comes to the lawn at Canco Park: don headphones and pick the music. There will be three channels, including a live DJ. Choose your favorite and dance the night away. Learn more here.

Jersey City Pride Flag Raising

The township of Jersey City will raise the pride flag in honor of Pride Month.
Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival
August 21 | 1PM
The Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is returning to the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza this year to celebrate the 20th Anniversary. The Festival is on the Grove Street PATH Plaza and Newark Ave. between Grove St. & Erie St. A smaller footprint than previous years, but expect the usual over-the-top fun time. Gazebo Mic Club Concert in Church Square Park: “EltonJohnish”

In honor of Hoboken’s Pride Month, singer and musician Andrew Schwarz will present a solo concert titled “EltonJohnish” on Saturday, August 21 at 2PM in the Church Square Park Gazebo. He will perform some of Elton John’s popular hits such as “Candle in the Wind,” “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road,” “Rocket Man,” “I’m Still Standing,” and “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.” This concert is free and open to the public and registration is not required. Staged Reading of comedy/drama “Torch Song Trilogy”

In honor of Hoboken’s Pride Month, the Hoboken Public Library, will present a staged reading of the Tony Award-winning comedy/ drama “Torch Song Trilogy” by Harvey Fierstein on Saturday, August 28 at 3PM in the Small Program Room & Garden. The cast features Broadway, Film, and TV actors Sidney Myer, Michael Stever, Logann Grayce, and Hoboken’s own Florence Pape who will perform this funny and sometimes intense staged reading.
