4. Zen Space Community Sunday: Sunday 2PM-4PM

Learn the basics of meditation by learning to focus on the body, physical sensation and becoming more aware. ZenMoves™ Meditation breaks meditation down into simple, short, easy to follow exercises to create feeling more relaxed and calm.
Please wear comfortable clothing for this event. At the Citadel on 7th Street. To RSVP, click here.

5. Artist Talk: Uncommon Threads by Robert Forman: Sunday, 4PM

The Hoboken Historical Museum is hosting a talk on Robert Forman’s work {the last day to see his exhibit!}. Instead of paint, the surface is composed of many colored threads, laid down with as much complex color theory as any Impressionist painting—or maybe more so, because Forman’s pictures have added dimensions of overlapping images and patterns. The museum is located at 1301 Hudson Street. For more info, click here.
