TGIF! It’s going to be a busy weekend–here’s your go-to list of things to do around town this weekend.

1. Narratives Exhibition at the Hob’Art Co-Operative Gallery — Friday, July 11-Saturday, August 2

Make your weekends a little artsy!

Narratives, a two person show by artists Joe Gilmore and Frank Pariso will be open to the public from July 10 to August 2, 2014 at the hob’art co-operative gallery, The Monroe Center of the Arts, E 208, 720 Monroe Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030. The artist reception will be on July 12, 2013 from 6-8 pm and the artist talk will be on July 20, 2013 at 3:30 pm. The work in Narratives is a whimsical display of story-telling through descriptive imagery. Both artists share an interest in figurative representation and offer unique perspectives about art as a means of communication. Gilmore uses chance and creative energy to describe his work, while Pariso takes a methodical and classical approach to his illustrations.
