1. “The Group” Exhibition at the Hob’Art Gallery: Thursday-Sunday


Stop by the Monroe Art Center for “The Group” Exhibition, curated by Liz Cohen and France Garrido.  It is on display until February 2, Thursday to Sunday from 1:00-5:00PM and by appointment. The Artist Reception to meet the artists will be this Saturday 6-8PM.

2. New Jersey Running Company Hoboken Grand Opening: Thursday-Sunday

3. “5 Tips to a Healthier You in 2014” A Real Food Nutrition Talk: Saturday 2-3PM

Come by Whole Foods (905 River Road Edgewater, NJ) for a nutrition talk by Healthy Hoboken Girl this Saturday from 2-3PM.

4. PromptMD Family Practice Grand Opening of New Location: Saturday 3-5PM


PromptMD’s grand opening of their new uptown Hoboken location is this Saturday! For every 10 people who attend, PromptMD will partner with Chef Anthony Pino to provide and hand deliver a complete gourmet meal to a Hudson Family in need. Also come and enjoy hot chocolate and more treats to celebrate!

5. Fitness Meets Dance Open House {Chance to take FREE classes!} – Saturday, 12-4PM

Fitness Meets Dance is having an Open House tomorrow – Saturday, January 11th from 12:00 PM-4:00 PM at 38 B Jackson Street, Suite 1A. 6. “Celebrate Life” Zumbathon Charity Event for Hoboken Family Alliance: Saturday 3:30PM


 Join Susan Pascale, Zumba and Fitness instructor and founder of Hudson Vibe, for a “Celebrate Life” Zumbathon which will benefit the Hoboken Family Alliance.  It will take place at Boaahh Night Club and registration will be at 3:30PM, dancing starting at 4PM. Cash only at the door ($20) and will include baked item, DJ Tava Luv, and more!
