On Tuesday, October 29th around 6:30PM, a truck crashed into the Monroe Center in Hoboken at the corner of 8th and Monroe. The scaffolding on the building also fell down upon impact. Ambulances were on the scene, along with police and fire department almost immediately.

Eyewitness accounts share that the truck was parked outside of the Monroe Center prior to the accident. Two people were taken to the hospital for medical attention.
As of 7:45PM, the fire department was still on the scene working on scaffolding that had fallen around the building.

As of 11AM on Wednesday, October 30th, the truck has been removed, and some of the scaffolding has been partially taken down.
