Our Annual Hoboken Wellness Crawl Event is back in-person — happening September 19, 2021, from 11:00AM – 4:00PM in Hoboken AND tickets are available now! Think of it like a ‘bar crawl’ but for wellness businesses in our area. This year we have over 100 vendors participating, all who are giving all Crawlers freebies when they stop by on the 19th during the Crawl and are hosting giveaways. For every ticket sold, we are donating $1 to the Hoboken Community Center Food Pantry. The crawl will feature brick-and-mortar businesses + online/mobile businesses. The goal of the Hoboken Wellness Crawl is to connect local residents with wellness businesses in Hudson County to celebrate all of the incredible food, fitness, health, and beauty options available in our community. You’ll get a map, bracelet, bag, and then walk or bike all around #Hoboken at your leisure to visit different wellness businesses locally that all are giving away freebies, class passes, samples, and more.

The march will then continue on Grove Street from City Hall to the Grove PATH Plaza and then up Newark Avenue to the main stage at Erie and Newark. The march is the kick-off to the Festival. The Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is returning to the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza this year to celebrate the 20th Anniversary. The Festival is on the Grove Street PATH Plaza and Newark Ave. between Grove St. & Erie St. A smaller footprint than previous years, but expect the usual over-the-top fun time. Ways to Give Back Locally

Hudson Pride Center | 176 Palisade Avenue, Jersey City 

Hudson Pride Center creates safe spaces to celebrate and enjoy life for members of the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. It advocates for the physical, mental, and social well-being of all people. Volunteers are needed to support these efforts alongside full-time staff members. Opportunities include office assistant volunteer, tutor specialist, special event support facilities manager, and Pride Festival, volunteers. Hoboken Family Alliance | Hoboken

One of the oldest non-profits in Hoboken, the Hoboken Family Alliance is a resource for children and families in the Mile Square. HFA typically puts on various events and provides opportunities for children to learn and play in a safe environment while providing families with various needs, necessary resources. HFA has several opportunities for volunteering through its committees and sub-committees such as marketing, special needs, fundraising, and more. Hoboken Historical Museum | 1301 Hudson Street, Hoboken

The Hoboken Historical Museum was able to open during Phase two of the COVID-19 Reopening Plan. With the ability to accept a limited number of guests and to participate safely in city-wide events, the Hoboken Historical Museum is periodically in need of volunteers.
