Featured Upcoming Event: Hoboken Girl Social- Prosecco & Pampering at Lulu’s
The Hoboken Girl team is very excited to be partnering with Lulu’s at the W Hotel for this event. Lulu’s outdoor patio has the best sunset skyline views in town and we’ll be there sipping on drinks, making new friends, and of course… getting pampered! Your $10 all-access ticket {you must have one to come} includes entry, a free glass of prosecco and appetizers, + a visit to all of the pampering stations {click here for the full list}! The outdoor & indoor bars will be offering some great drink specials, and there will be live music by Carolyn D’Elia. We can’t waiiiit!

Cork & Canvas Paint and Sip Grand Opening: Friday, June 5th from 7-10:00PM
New art and wine studio Cork & Canvas is kicking off the Summer with a Grand Opening Hawaiian Luau Party this party. Come out for a fun night of painting, drinks, and complimentary food. Unlike many of the BYOB versions, Cork & Canvas has drinks and food available from their bar area for purchase. Seating is limited, so reserve your seats soon!

Stakes & Seafood Festival at the Meadowlands: Saturday, June 6th from 10:30AM-11:00PM
Brunswick Center Ribbon Cutting Event: Saturday, June 6th from 12-3:00PM
The brand new Brunswick Center in Jersey City is a really beautiful space. We got to scope it out when we visited Iron Plate Studio for their opening night and are so excited the the center is officially opening. It’s shaping up to be JC’s version of the Monroe Center- and you all know how much we love it there! This Saturday the official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place where people will be able to tour and explore the Brunswick Center. The event will feature refreshments by JC favorites Busy Bee Organics, Bone In, WHealth, third & vine, and Hoboken Brewing Company and DJ Stadium Status will be there playing music. Come sample classes and be entered for some great giveaway prizes. Soo exciting!
Liberty Humane Society’s “Yappy Hour”: Saturday, June 6th from 3-7:00PM
Jon the Liberty Humane Society for some fun on June 6 from 3-7 pm at The Thirsty Quaker, 492 Monmouth St in Downtown JC, for a pop-up beer garden featuring dog-themed craft brews. Bring your pooch for the off-leash dog social! The yard will be double gated for safety, and monitors will be on hand to help keep the canines in check while you {responsibly} enjoy a glorious summer afternoon. Must be 21 to drink, ID will be checked, and for everyone’s comfort please only bring your most social pups {think dog park social}. No on-leash dogs allowed, and please no food or treats in the beer garden.
Ambary Lake at Maxwell’s: Saturday, June 6th at 8:00PM
Saturday night, Maxwell’s presents Ambary Lake with special guests The Clocktown Giants, Bigger than Bears & The Afraid Brigade. Doors open at 8:00pm. Tickets are $10 online or $12 at the door. Definitely a good night to enjoy some live music.
6th Annual Jersey City Ward Tour: Sunday, June 7th at 11:00AM
Take a ride all over Jersey City this weekend while biking with JC’s 6th Annual Jersey City Ward Tour. The Tour begins at Exchange Place at 11 a.m. Sunday, June 7, taking you and well over a thousand other participants on a 15-mile tour of JC {riders pass through all political wards… hence the name}. The tour ends back at Exchange Place around 1 p.m. Here, you can enjoy the equally great finish festival all afternoon, featuring live music, food and drinks, and local vendors and community groups, all on the scenic waterfront. Registration is free, with a suggested donation of $5 to aid year-round efforts to improve, promote, and teach safe and fun cycling in Jersey City. Registration is required.
