This free event is open to all Hoboken residents and students, and promises to be a great day of learning, strategy, and camaraderie. The event will take place at the Hoboken Boys and Girls Club located at 123 Jefferson Street.

Kitten Foster Workshop with the Liberty Humane Society: Saturday, April 25th from 1-3:00PM

 Join the Liberty Humane Society for a FREE workshop covering the ins-and-outs of fostering kittens. Foster families and foster homes are a vital part of the animal care team, providing short-term care for kittens until they are old enough to be adopted.  Covering everything you need to know about fostering kittens, from adolescents to bottles babies, this workshop will answer all your questions about what’s involved in being a foster parent for LHS. The event will take place on Saturday, April 25 at the Pershing Field Community Center, 201 Central Ave in Jersey City. If you’re interested in attending, please RSVP to Grace@libertyhumane.org.  If you can’t make this session, they’ll host other sessions soon!

Court Street has one of the best wine lists and town, so this is sure to be a great event. The cost of the tasting is $27.95 plus tax and a $5.00 gratuity for a total of $34.90 per person. A selection of cheese and crackers is served during the tasting, however, we strongly recommend that you have lunch prior to the tasting (we are not open for lunch)! You will be able to register up to an additional 3 guests for a total of 4 in your party. You can pay by credit card using PayPal, for which you do not need a PayPal account. Your registration for the Wine Tasting is not complete until you pay for the tasting through PayPal. Upon payment, PayPal will send you an email confirming your payment.If you do not make your payment through PayPal you will not be registered for the tasting. Barsky Gallery is pleased to present the work of Ilias Muratov! This solo exhibition marks Muratov’s triumphant return to the area which has had so much influence on his style. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to experience this incredible exhibition of his work – oils on canvas, watercolors on paper, and miniature framed sketches of erotica and the female form. The exhibition at Barsky Gallery will open Saturday, April 25th with a reception for the artist from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Cruisin’ For Israel Yom Ha’Atzmaut Celebration: Saturday, April 25th at 9:00PM

Join Jewish Young Professionals as on a cruise along the Hudson celebrating Yom Ha’Atzmaut this Saturday from 9-11:30pm. The celebration will take place aboard the Cornucopia Destiny. The boat departs promptly at 9:30PM from 14th Street Pier. Tickets are $40 in advance and $55 at the door. They include two drinks, kosher dairy desserts, a DJ, JSwipe photo experience, and a swag bag for everyone who buys tickets in advance. Hoboken Boutique Crawl: Sunday, April 26th from 11:00AM-4:00PM

The Hoboken Boutique Crawl will take place on Sunday, April 26th from 11am-6pm showcasing over 30 local boutiques. The boutiques will offer in-store raffles and 15% off discounts throughout the shops. Hoboken is such a wonderful community and the local businesses are coming together to support this event by flying pink balloons outside their doors in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. A portion of the proceeds with support breast cancer research. The event is FREE for all shoppers to participate. Social Sandbox & 902 Brewing Company Willow Ave Bar Crawl: Sunday, April 26th from 11:00AM-9:00PM

Willow has some of our favorite bars and this weekend the Hoboken Social Sandbox and 902 Brewing Company is leading a bar crawl where you get to visit all of them! Cost will be $5.00 cash for a wristband which will get you access to all drink/food specials. Everyone will need a wristband even if you are not drinking. The wristband also lets everyone know who is with out group to make it easier to meet people.
